Personal, Academic & Charity
If you would like to use code samples on this site within your own projects then you are free to do so providing your project does not generate profit. You may do so under the flexible Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 License which stipulates that you must provide proper attribution in all cases and that any work that you derive from this code must also be shared under a Creative Commons license.
Commercial
Any commercial project that wishes to use code, samples or content provided by this site must do so under a commercial license. Licensing terms are for the lifetime of your usage and are non-transferable.
User Accounts
This site and associated services use 'User Accounts' to identify you. There is a single sign on mechanism which will keep you signed in for thirty minutes before timing you out for inactivity. Anyone may open a user account and you are welcome to cancel your account at any time (there is an option in your account settings to do so). Any remaining balance at account closure will not be refunded. You are responsible for any actions that are performed with your account under all circumstances.
Charges & Fees
Some services that are accessible to you may incur a charge. In particularly the Apps for Business section of this site provides access to services that are not free of charge to use. All pricing and options for services are shown at the opt-in buy stage. All charges are final and no refunds will be provided for any reason. You are welcome to cancel your paid services at any time at no charge.
